Procedure of reporting lost items
When it comes to reporting a lost item,the following should be provided:
- a clear and recent photo of the item
- the exact name as it appears on the birth certificate in cases of missing children
- serial number of item(s) lost if any
- county or region of the lost occurence
- date and time when last seen
- any other unique features necessary
- contact persons and any other helpful iformation that may not be listed
